• 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
• 1/4 cup mint
• 1/4 cup parsley
• 1/4 cup coconut oil
• 1/2 cup green apple (chopped small)
These treats are a breeze to make! Using a blender or food processor, blend together the mint, parsley, yogurt, and coconut oil. Stir in small bits of apple.
Pour mixture into ice cube trays or silicone mold. Consider the size of your dog when making the mold. Small pups usually need small-sized treats and vice versa.
Freeze the treats overnight or until they are frozen solid (about 5-6 hours). Once they are frozen through, remove them from their molds and store in the freezer in an air-tight container.

Your pup will enjoy this hearty Turkey MeatLoaf recipe made with love. This homemade turkey meatloaf recipe for dogs can be modified to fit your dog's dietary needs. For example, if your dog has allergies to poultry, substitute beef or pork instead. The egg can also be eliminated, if necessary.
To increase the nutritional value of this recipe, feel free to add any of the following:
• 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
• 1/3 cup diced white mushrooms
• 1/2 cup diced baby spinach in place of green beans

You'll need:
• 1 pound of lean ground turkey
• 1 egg large
• 1/3 cup of fashioned oats
• 1/3 cup diced tomatoes (with liquid, NO SODIUM!)

• 1/2 cup green beans diced (fresh or frozen, thawed)
• 1/2 cup brown rice or quinoa cooked (NO SALT, NO SEASONING)
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

3. Slice and chop into bite sized pieces. Store covered in the refrigerator, or date it and freeze.
TIP: After the loaf has cooled, slice it into individual servings and store it in the freezer safe bag or container. Remove slices as needed and defrost them in the refrigerator the night before serving.

• 2 eggs
• 30 grams of coconut flour
• a pinch of cinnamon

Let's get started!
1. Add the bananas to a mixing bowl. Mash the bananas until smooth
2. Add the eggs and cinnamon, and mix.
3. Mix in the coconut flour, the mixture will become doughy. Add a little water as needed.
4. Melt the coconut oil in a pan on medium heat.
5. Add a spoonful of batter to the pan.
6. Turn the pancakes when golden brown.
Serve with blueberry and peanut butter toppings!

• Gluten-free old fashion rolled oats (or you can sub oat flour instead)
THAT'S IT! No added sugar, no rising agents, no oils, no gluten, no surprises.
The method is simple (and fun to do with the kids). You just smash everything together in a large mixing bowl until you have a workable pliable peanut butter-y dough.
Add more peanut butter if your dough is dry and crumbly. Roll the dough on a floured surface. Aim for 1/4" thick. Cut the dough using fun shapes (like dog bones!) Oven bake for about 15mins. Cool and ENJOY!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 cups brown rice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 pounds ground turkey
- 3 cups baby spinach, chopped
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1 zucchini, shredded
- 1/2 cup peas, canned or frozen
DIRECTIONS:
- In a large saucepan of 3 cups water, cook rice according to package instructions; set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large stockpot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the turkey as it cooks.
- Stir in spinach, carrots, zucchini, peas and brown rice until the spinach has wilted and the mixture is heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
- Let cool completely.
Once you've made your batch, you can divide them up into single servings, note the date, and freeze it. When ready to serve, you can defrost it in the fridge overnight and nuke it for 15-30 seconds. That's it!
