Return Policy:

Any goodies purchased must be submitted and returned within 10 days of the shipping date received according to the tracking number.  All items are only eligible for store credit, issued in the form of a gift card, from and for PUPPAWS, LLC. Store Credit can be used immediately, never expires, and are for PUPPAWS™ PRODUCTS ONLY. Products can not be exchanged for services. Services can not be exchanged for products. You are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Returned products and/or clothing items must be in the original condition, remain unwashed, unworn (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) and unused. Enclose completed Return Form with merchandise.   Accessories, Sale items, or anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return

$8 Flat Rate ship for US orders. $20 Flat Rate ship for International orders.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $150

All orders are shipped via US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx depending on the shipping options. Orders will be shipped upon payment verification. Shipping can take up to 2-10 business days.
